As we work with you to provide guidance on techniques and strategies specifically tailored to your business, brand, and objectives we strive to be very flexible. Our time and yours are both valuable, and we want to maximize every minute we spend with you.
First, this meeting is completely dedicated to helping you strategize the building of your brand and business. These sessions are scheduled at an hourly rate. The schedule presented below is based on about four total hours leading up to, involving and concluding your personalize strategy session.
30-minute phone call where we talk in depth about your objectives, pain points, and current situation. This call allows us to analyze your current website, your current competitors and your current social media presence, formulate a list of websites relevant to your project, and pre-plan for the actual meeting.
Three hours in which the first 30 minutes are completely dedicated to us listening to you. We can cover any topics you would like to focus on. We want to fully understand your goals and what you are trying to accomplish, so we can spend the next 2 1/2 hours going over a plan of execution, what day-to-day work flow might look like based on that plan, and also your global vision. These meetings tend to be fluid and dynamic since the previous 30-minute phone call already enabled us to get the prep-work done before the main meeting began.
We are always available for quick follow-ups to assist you in the execution of what we discussed in the main meeting. However, we’ll plan to talk through what is and isn’t working during an hour-long phone call one to two weeks after the main meeting. This is an important part of our package because it has proven vital to the real success of our clients as we offer additional guidance and recommendations.
