Comments… You definately did seem tired at the beginning but your energy level certainly picked up. I agree that you cannot manage people by telling them they’re lucky to have a job. You made some great points on making people feel great. Put people first and find their strengths and praise them with grattitude. It’s what we do . I believe a great book called Good to Great taught us to put people on the bus,so to speak… You put great people on your team and move them to the seats where they work their best…works every time!
